Booking and Payments
- All bookings require full payment upfront.
- Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
- Prices include applicable taxes (8.25% for Oceanside, CA).
Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled flight will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled flight are non-refundable.
- In the event of cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances by Top Gun Parasail, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
Age and Health Restrictions
- Participants must be at least 6 years old.
- Pregnant individuals are not permitted to participate.
Safety and Conduct
- All participants must follow safety instructions provided by the Top Gun Parasail staff.
- Failure to adhere to safety instructions or engaging in reckless behavior will result in immediate termination of the parasailing activity without a refund.
Liability
- Participants must sign a waiver of liability before the activity.
- Top Gun Parasail is not responsible for personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during the activity.
Privacy
- Personal information provided during booking is used solely for the purpose of the booking and will not be shared with third parties.
